ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: (Please read carefully before application)

1.Excellent proficiency in both English and Regional languages, with fluency in Hindi being advantageous but not obligatory. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply; however, selection will be based on performance following a 2-day training period.

2.Possession of a personal laptop, mobile phone, and a reliable internet connection is mandatory.

3.Dedicated workspace with minimal background noise is essential, as the role involves making calls and requires focused attention during work hours.

4.Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

5.A degree from a recognized university is a prerequisite.
