How It Work?

Eligibility Criteria for Claiming Referral Incentives

For candidate referrals:
• Support interview coordination
• Ensure candidate communication
• Follow up until joining

For employer referrals:
• Introduce the company
• Coordinate discussions with Career Fairy
• Support until the first hiring agreement is closed

Step 1 – Register as a Referral Partner

Submit your details through the Referral Partner Registration Form. Once registered, you can start referring job seekers or employers.

Step 2- Submit Referral Leads

You can submit leads through two referral forms: Candidate Referral Form/ Employer Referral Form

Step 3 – Coordinate the Process

Referral partners are expected to stay involved during the process.

Step 4 – Successful Outcome

Referral incentives apply when: The candidate successfully joins the job OR The employer completes their first hiring agreement

Step 5 – Earn Your Incentive

Once confirmation is received, your incentive will be processed. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
